Welcome to the 19th Annual Head Vase & Collectibles Convention!
The excitement is already brewing among collectors and vendors. Not only will hundreds of beautiful head vases be on display for sale, but an assortment of other vintage and antique treasures will be featured as well.
The 2011 Head Vase & Collectibles Convention will be held Friday, October 14th from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Saturday, October 15th, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at:

To make hotel reservations, please contact them directly. The special convention rate is $84.00 per night, which includes a complimentary hot breakfast buffet each morning. The King Suites are $109.00 per night.
There will be "free admission" to all shoppers! Vendors, please contact me to reserve your booth at showinformation@att.net Booths for vendors are available on a first come, first serve basis, so reserve yours early.
The 2011 Convention package includes: Hospitality room for Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening.
Meals – Friday you will enjoy a dinner buffet and Saturday night a choice banquet meal closing with raffle prizes.
Registration – Convention Package Special – The convention package is $99 per adult and $50 per child under twelve years old. This great price includes:

Happy hour in the Hospitality Room includes beverages and snacks. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available. It will be the perfect meet and greet old and new friends location. The Hospitality Room will be open Thursday evening and we will reopen the Hospitality Room following the Friday and Saturday evening events. |

Dinner Banquet - menu choices are Ginger Citrus Salmon served with a Tangy Citrus and Thai Chili Glaze or a Crab Crusted Chicken, which is a tender chicken breast topped with Crab Stuffing and Mornay Sauce. Both meals include a salad and dessert. Banquet preference to be included at time of registration before August 1, 2011. |

Payment for the registration package with dinner reservations is due by August 1st, 2011. We will try and continue to take reservations after the August 1st cut-off, but we cannot guarantee availability.

2011 RAFFLE TICKET INFORMATION
If you cannot attend the convention, you can still purchase raffle tickets.
Ticket Prices are as follows:
- $5.00 each or
- $10 / three tickets
- $20 /eight tickets
- $50 /23 tickets
- $100 / 50 tickets
Please send a check for the amount of tickets requested to Terry Traw at the address above. Your name will be written on the back of the ticket and placed in the drawing box.. If your ticket is drawn, your prize will be mailed to you.
We plan to make this year’s 2011 Head Vase & Collectibles Convention another exciting event! We are looking forward to seeing everyone again and hopefully collectors that were not able to attend last year’s event.
